The Ricardone plant began operations in 2021 with a clear vision of growth and
international projection. In just a few years, the establishment has undergone notable
development: from an initial production of approximately 50 half-cattle per day, the
plant has currently reached a processing capacity of close to 450 half-cattle per day.
This sustained growth has been accompanied by the consolidation of a work structure
that today employs more than 170 people between production personnel and
administrative areas, generating employment and economic dynamism throughout the
region.
On a commercial level, the company has managed to position itself both in the domestic
and foreign markets. Ricardone supplies supermarket chains, restaurants, hotels and
numerous operators of the Gran Rosario beef market, while developing foreign trade
operations that allow products to be exported to more than 20 countries around the
world.
Behind this growth is the entrepreneurial spirit of the Tomasello family, whose strategic
vision has been key to promoting new projects and consolidating each of the links in the
production system. Added to this is the commitment, technical capacity and
professionalism of a human team that constitutes one of the organization's main assets.
Today, the Ricardone plant represents much more than an industrial unit: it is the result
of a family project that is committed to work, innovation and the generation of
opportunities, projecting quality products from Santa Fe to the most demanding markets
in the world.
